Ms. Scott is the state director for the Nature Conservancy in Texas. Earlier, she served in General Manager at the San Antonio River Authority, helping carry out the San Antonio River Improvements Project and other major efforts. As well, she has chaired the South Central Texas Regional Water Planning Group and the Guadalupe and San Antonio Rivers Bay and Basin Area Stakeholder Group, and has been vice chair for the Regional Flood Planning Group for the San Antonio River Basin.
